When the Parties have reached an agreement on all contractual terms, the Charter Party is drawn up and issued for the respective signatures.

The negotiation continues on all further conditions and details of the Charter Party, standard clauses and specific additional clauses, including procedure and documentation.

Once the most suitable possibility is selected, the negotiation of the “main terms” of the Charter starts.
